Fry has been at Intrinzic for more than six years, and has led the agency’s visual team in putting together award-winning brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Fry has more than 15 years of agency experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Dayton.

Katie Peters will now lead the agency’s account management team in delivering best-in-class service to clients. Peters has been at Inrinzic since 2015, most recently serving as an account director, and has nearly 20 years of agency experience, including directing extensive brand projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Miami University.

Sarah Holland will become the agency’s operations director, leading operational aspects of the brand consultancy. Holland has been at Intrinzic for three years, and has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, HR and office management roles. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Brown Mackie College.

With this new leadership structure in place, agency founder and CEO Wendy Vonderhaar is moving into an investor/advisory role, while Intrinzic President Dave Townsend will move to a new role as chief culture officer, providing overall coaching to the team. Chris Heile will continue his role as chief strategy officer.

“My goal when I founded the company 22 years ago was to make Intrinzic bigger than me or any one person, and we have achieved that,” Vonderhaar said. “Sarah, Katie and Sarah are the heart of the company and have created the culture, the processes and led the incredible work that has fueled our growth and success. I’m also pleased to have Intrinzic continue to be a women-led business.”
