Holland has been at Intrinzic for three years, and has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, HR and office management roles. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Brown Mackie College.
With this new leadership structure in place, agency founder and CEO Wendy Vonderhaar is moving into an investor/advisory role, while Intrinzic President Dave Townsend will move to a new role as chief culture officer, providing overall coaching to the team. Chris Heile will continue his role as chief strategy officer.
“My goal when I founded the company 22 years ago was to make Intrinzic bigger than me or any one person, and we have achieved that,” Vonderhaar said. “Sarah, Katie and Sarah are the heart of the company and have created the culture, the processes and led the incredible work that has fueled our growth and success. I’m also pleased to have Intrinzic continue to be a women-led business.”
